Nothing gets posted, scheduled, boosted, or used publicly unless you separately approve that specific use.

HighlightOps may access, download/capture, transcribe, edit, render, store, and privately deliver draft assets from this source for the requested demo or plan. I understand nothing will be posted publicly, scheduled, boosted, or used as a public example without separate approval. HighlightOps may ask later for separate permission to use specific approved clips as portfolio examples. Checking this does not grant portfolio permission.
