Delivery expectations
HighlightOps is an early creator content operations service. Delivery depends on source access, rights clarity, source length, queue, plan scope, and revision complexity.

What can delay delivery
- Private, expired, unavailable, region-restricted, or very long source links.
- Unclear rights, copyrighted third-party music/video, or sensitive content risk.
- Missing off-limits/style notes or delayed creator feedback.
- Requests outside plan limits, such as extra revision rounds, manual research, posting permissions, or rush delivery.
Private delivery links
Early-access delivery may use private/unlisted approval links with noindex headers. These are for review convenience and should not be described as fully secure access control. For higher-risk work, HighlightOps may require signed/token-gated links, manual delivery, or a different storage process.
Approval states
- Draft created: internal or private draft exists.
- Hold: do not use/post.
- Approved for creator use: creator may download/use the asset.
- Approved to post: explicit permission for named platform/account/date.
- Portfolio approved: separate approval for HighlightOps public marketing or case-study use.
- Rejected: do not use.
Posting boundary
HighlightOps creates private draft assets by default. Posting, scheduling, account access, paid boosting, or public portfolio use requires separate approval and may require a separate scope.
